About
The Desert Dome is the arid-plant glasshouse at Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden in Mae Rim, full of cacti, succulents and other plants built for drought. It's part of the garden's glasshouse complex, alongside the rainforest, orchid and water-plant houses, and it's included in the garden entry. On its own it's a short visit, but as part of a morning at the garden it's one of the more photogenic stops. Give the whole garden two or three hours.
