Boy Blues Bar is a small, long-loved live blues bar on the upper floor of the Kalare Centre in the Night Bazaar, near the food hall. Bands play blues, rock and some jazz most nights. Monday is the jam and open-mic night, when local and visiting players get up. Seating is limited and it fills by about 9pm at weekends, so come early. Of all the bars in the bazaar, this is the one I'd pick.
