Eudemonia Sauna & Ice Bath

Eudemonia Elements is a sauna and ice-bath complex in Nong Kwai, Hang Dong. It has a Finnish dry sauna, a steam room and two ice baths, plus a magnesium bath, a hot bath and a saltwater pool. There's also a fitness area, a basketball court and a plant-based café. On Fridays it runs Organic Nights with yoga and sound healing. Outside food and drink aren't allowed, and you can't bring your own oils or creams into the heat rooms.
