Ban Rabiang Na Pa Bong Piang

Ban Rabiang Na is a simple wooden and bamboo homestay at Chang Khoeng in Mae Chaem, a few minutes' drive from the Pa Bong Piang rice terraces, one of the best-known rice-terrace views in the north. The draw is the view: the rooms and terrace look straight out over the terraced fields, and meals are part of the stay. Time it for the season. July to October brings green fields and morning mist, while late October into November turns the terraces gold before harvest. It's a long, winding drive from the city, so plan to stay at least one night.
