Maadae Slow Fish Kitchen is a MICHELIN-listed seafood restaurant that buys its catch from small-scale fishermen in Chumphon in the south. The daily fish is grilled over charcoal, and there are southern Thai curries to go with it. That's rare in a northern city, and it's one of the best places in town for fish. It's temporarily operating from the Darley Hotel on Ratchawong Road, so check where it is before you go.
