The North Cafe

The North Cafe is a family-run café in Ban Nong Ma Chap, Mae Taeng, set beside rice fields with a wooden walkway, fruit trees and mountains behind. You can sit in the air-con or out on the terrace, which is lovely at sunset. It's a proper food stop as well as a coffee one: fried chicken wings, crab salad and homemade bacon all get praise, along with drinks like the honey coconut latte. There's open lawn for kids to run around and toys inside, which makes it easy with a family.
