Early Owls

Early Owls is a garden café in Chang Phueak, in a converted wooden house with a lotus pond, a deck and a big lawn. It's a surprise to find it, because the streets around it aren't pretty, and then you turn a corner into all that green. The menu is a sensible size: coffee, breakfast and brunch, salads, paninis, rice bowls, cakes and smoothies. The lawn is great for kids. The indoor area is small, so I wouldn't come to work; it's for a long, relaxed breakfast.
