Artisan sourdough by apple fahey

Apple Fahey learned to keep a natural starter while living in England, and now bakes sourdough in a small wooden house in a leafy courtyard off Soi Chanhom near Wat Umong. Seating is mostly in the courtyard. Expect crusty loaves, very good bagels and sourdough brunch plates, including a laab-spiced bagel with sai ua sausage, plus barley water and mulberry soda. Prices are on the high side for the area. I'd go early, as it fills up on weekends and the bread sells out.
