NOISE is a small techno and house bar on Moon Muang Soi 7, in the north-east corner of the Old City. It opens late and stays late, which is its whole appeal: a dark room, a serious sound system and DJs playing proper electronic music until the small hours. It's closed early in the week. It's the place to go after the live-music bars have shut, if techno is your thing.
