Bar Not Found is a hidden cocktail bar just north of the Old City moat. Climb the bright orange stairs and you'll find four coloured doors. Only one of them is the bar. Inside, it's cosy and lamp-lit, and the creative cocktails are themed around colours, with coasters to match. Tatler and Time Out have both written it up. It's not cheap, but it's an experience, and I'd go for at least one round.
