This is the Chiang Mai branch of Sushiro, the big Japanese conveyor-belt sushi chain, on the 5th floor of Central Festival. You order on a screen and plates arrive on the belt, priced by colour, so it's cheap and fast. It isn't fine sushi, but it's fun, consistent and great with kids. Expect a queue at weekend mealtimes; the chain also has a branch at Central Airport.
