See Doi is the seasonal rooftop terrace on the 7th floor of Parc Borough on Mahidol Road. You get a full sweep of the city and Doi Suthep, European-style plates and cocktails. It only opens in the cool season, roughly November to February, and only in the evening. It's for sunset drinks and a view more than a big dinner. Book for weekends.
