Barn Na Organic Farm

Barn Na is a halal, organic farm restaurant out in San Kamphaeng, east of the city. The kitchen uses chemical-free produce from the farm and cooks a wide menu: Thai dishes, some European plates and pizza, plus cakes and coffee. It's one of the easier places to find a full halal meal outside town, and the rice-field setting makes it worth the drive. I'd pair it with the San Kamphaeng craft villages.
