Sandbox is a café built around one idea kids love: remote-control excavators. It's on Jed Yod Road near Wat Jed Yod, and the play is digging through a sandbox for coloured 'gems' to score points while the adults sit in the cool room with a drink. There are waffles and drinks rather than a full menu, and the diggers are charged by the ten minutes. It's not a coffee destination, but on a hot afternoon with small children it's a very easy win.
