About
Nine One Coffee is a small wood-lined shop on Nimman Soi 11, and its beans come from its own organic farm in Doi Saket, which has been going since 2003. The slow bar looks like a chemistry lab: drip, syphon, AeroPress, French press and cold brew. You can smell the beans in sample jars before you choose. Each slow brew arrives with water and a card of tasting notes. There's sourdough toast and waffles too. It's my pick on Nimman if you care more about the coffee than the room.
