99 Villa & Cafe

99 Villa & Cafe is a bright, holiday-postcard café out in Suthep, done up in southern-Italian colours with Greek-style arches. It has gardens, a pool for lounging and photos rather than laps, and resident pigs, ducks and geese wandering about. That sounds like a gimmick, but the smoothies, iced lattes and cakes are better than the setting needs them to be. It's a fun stop with kids or for an afternoon of pictures. I wouldn't come here to work.
